Forget Me Not Floral Shoppe
By placing an order with Forget Me Not Floral Shoppe, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Custom & Perishable Products
All floral arrangements are custom-made using fresh, perishable materials. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Because floral designs are natural and handmade, exact replication of arrangements, photos, or samples cannot be guaranteed. While specific flowers or colors may not always be available, every arrangement is designed to reflect the overall style, color palette, and value selected.
3. Substitutions
Seasonal availability, weather, and market conditions may require substitutions. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and made thoughtfully to maintain the overall look and feel of the design.
4. Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery to Somerset and surrounding areas.

Forget Me Not Floral Shoppe is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, or restricted access locations.

If a delivery is refused or no one is available to receive the flowers, the order will be considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed, especially during holidays or peak floral seasons.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or order changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Once flowers have been ordered, prepared, or delivered, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Special orders, sympathy arrangements, holiday orders, weddings, and event orders are non-cancellable.
6. Quality & Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a concern regarding the freshness or condition of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at 814-479-2266. A photo may be requested to help assess the issue.
If a quality concern is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement arrangement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Forget Me Not Floral Shoppe.
7. Care & Longevity
Flower longevity varies based on environmental conditions, proper care, and handling after delivery. Forget Me Not Floral Shoppe is not responsible for flowers once they have been accepted by the recipient.
8. Events, Weddings & Large Orders
Event and wedding orders are subject to separate contracts, payment schedules, and cancellation policies. These agreements supersede the general Terms of Service outlined here.
9. Force Majeure
Forget Me Not Floral Shoppe is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, supply shortages, acts of God, or emergencies.
10. Liability
Forget Me Not Floral Shoppe is not responsible for damages, injuries, or allergic reactions related to floral products once they have left our care.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, content, and branding associated with Forget Me Not Floral Shoppe are the property of the business and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, provided such refusal is not discriminatory or unlawful.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
