At Forget Me Not Floral Shoppe, we take great care in creating fresh, custom floral designs. Because flowers are perishable and each arrangement is made to order, all sales are considered final. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Freshness Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at 814-479-2266. We may request a photo so we can properly assess the issue.

If a quality concern is confirmed, we will gladly offer one of the following at our discretion:

• A replacement arrangement of equal value

• A store credit for future use

Refunds are not typically issued but may be considered in rare circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

• Fresh floral arrangements

• Custom or special-order designs

• Sympathy or funeral flowers

• Event, wedding, or holiday orders

• Plants, gift items, or vases once they have left the shop

Delivery Issues

Please ensure all delivery details (recipient name, address, phone number) are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a delivery is refused or no one is available to receive the flowers, the order will be considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.

Flower varieties and colors may vary based on seasonal availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.
